Hoping this does it for winter snow

Today March 18

This picture taken from the front doorway step shows my cleared walk and driveway once again.  This morning when I got up and looked out I saw we;d gotten another couple inches in the dark early morning hours and I thought "Damn snow again."  It's been a long winter and the Ides of March turned ugly.  We has an all day snow off and on that day, Sunday just as the weather forecast warned.  They have been very accurate in the forecasts this year.  Yet I keep hoping they will be wrong or that the front will shift and just have us on the edge instead of amidst it.  But so far, my hopes have been in vain.  Snow  continued through Monday morning.  Well, at least, I told myself I didn't have to go out anywhere ib it.  I talk to myself a lot when I'm cooped in especially.  I'm the only one here so I have to listen to me.

The two following pictures are from March 15.  In the first one also taken from my front door step I could sing, "somewhere out there, a driveway waits to be cleared...someday, someway...."   The guy I hire to snowplow me came Monday AM after it stopped.  But he makes such a mess with his Bobcat that I am considering a change next year.  Earlier he'd torn up the lawn which I'd fixed right before snow struck again.  My good friend helped and then put up poles to mark the driveway.  Just intime for the Ides blizzard.

Somewhere out there buried under the Blizzard f Ides was my walk and driveway.  I was thinking how this wintry b;ast has affected my language and thoughts.  I know earlier in the winter I would look out and see the snow that fell overnight when I got up each morning, and I'd think or say, "oh more snow."  Then it progressed to " shoots snow again."  Then "oh crap snowed again."  Until this final March dumping when I began to say "Damb snow!"  So I'm hoping we have turnedd the corner into spring, I am ready!
